A little bit about us.

A woman with blonde hair and blue eyes, wearing a navy blue long-sleeve top and layered gold jewelry, sits on a beige chair in a softly lit room with a potted plant in the background.

The Pep Fund was born from three things: fifteen years in fashion, a front-row seat to school fundraising, and a problem that deserved a better solution.

Founder, Sarah Becker, spent over fifteen years creating and manufacturing a women’s clothing brand entirely in Los Angeles, designing, sourcing, and producing every piece locally. She later co-founded a personal styling subscription business, gaining deep experience in e-commerce, direct-to-consumer retail, merchandising, and fulfillment.

Over the past several years, Sarah has also helped lead a highly successful live shopping fundraiser at a Los Angeles high school — a premium, curated event that became a favorite within the community. But behind the scenes, the same challenges kept appearing: inventory had to be purchased upfront, sales forecasts were uncertain, and families who couldn’t attend were left out entirely.

At the same time, as a parent and longtime school merchandise consumer, she kept seeing the same problem: either no program at all, or one that felt generic and disconnected from the community it was meant to represent.

The Pep Fund was created to change that.

Today, The Pep Fund partners with schools, nonprofits, and community organizations to create curated, identity-driven collections sold through dedicated online shops, with no upfront cost, no inventory risk, and 20% of every purchase going directly back to the organization. From design to fulfillment, every detail is handled, making fundraising easier, more modern, and more community-driven than ever before.
