What your fundraising event could raise
Every community is different — size, participation, and timing all shape the outcome. Here's how the math works, using illustrative scenarios based on our standard payout structure. As we complete events with partner schools, we'll share real results here too.
The formula
Supporters × average order × 20% = amount raised for your organization
We use $90 as our baseline average order — roughly one apparel piece plus a smaller accessory, based on our current collection pricing.
Where the rest goes: the remaining share covers custom design, production, hosting your online shop, order fulfillment, and direct customer support for every order — start to finish, so your team never lifts a finger.
Illustrative scenarios
These are illustrative examples, not guaranteed outcomes. Actual results depend on your community's size, engagement, and shopping behavior during the event.
What could move the number
- How many supporters participate — the more of your community shops, the more you raise.
- How many items each order includes — collections with 8–12 pieces give supporters more reason to build a full order rather than a single item.
- Timing — events tied to a meaningful moment (Homecoming, Holiday, Back-to-School) tend to see stronger participation than an arbitrary date.
- How the event is shared — organizations that use the full promotional toolkit (social graphics, email templates, suggested captions) typically see more of their community show up to shop.
